Last week we welcomed over 200 leaders from LKQ Europe as part of a three day long conference to share knowledge, celebrate excellence and plan for the year ahead.Attendees heard keynote speeches from Andy Hamilton, President and Executive Managing Director of LKQ Europe, as well as our European Executive Team on our 2024 strategy and key initiatives. On top of this, an insightful session was led by LKQ Corporation President and CEO, Dominick Zarcone and EVP COO, Justin Jude on leadership and trust. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Geoff Ramm, the creator and author of Celebrity Service and OMG Marketing. Thank you for joining us and sharing your remarkable insight.A true highlight of every conference is bringing colleagues from across the organization together to discuss how we drive the industry forward. This year, as part of the networking and breakout sessions, we focused on one of our top priorities - how LKQ Europe can enhance support for customers now and in the future.Alongside the conference sessions, we hosted a reverse trade fair where colleagues were given the unique opportunity to interact with crucial functions and key suppliers across all European regions.
